“Did an assessment with Nick and I got way more out of it than I expected. Went through various tests to analyze my imbalances and alignment and was able to get a perfect shoe match based on my results. Nico was very thorough and gave me great insight on what I need to work on and how each weakness contributes to other sports other than just running. “I had my first run assessment with Dani this afternoon. What a cool experience! Dani was so great, informative and supportive during my assessment. This was the first time I’ve had a tailored run assessment and recommend to all fellow runners. I loved the scorecard provided towards the end of the appointment to help determine my baseline. I look forward to booking further assessments to measure my progression. The footwear match at the end was chefs kiss, with it recommending the best options based on your personalized score. “This was my first time doing a run assessment and the bar has been set. I worked with Nick and he was awesome! He is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about running and longevity. The assessment itself was to learn about me and find my imbalances. They not only provided me with workouts to improve my weaknesses but also instantly recommended me with a line up of shoes that would help my running needs.
