About Nicole

Nicole is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a holistic understanding of birth and postpartum care. Her diverse background in post-secondary education, training in midwifery, lived experience as a mother, and work supporting mother-baby dyads in the community has shaped her into a practitioner who sees the whole postpartum picture — not just the latch. As a mother of two young boys, Nicole brings genuine lived experience to every visit. Having had two very different breastfeeding journeys herself, she understands that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to infant feeding. Her goal is to help families find what works best for them while building confidence and providing compassionate, evidence-based support along the way. Nicole supports clients with nipple pain, engorgement, pumping, protecting milk supply, breast and bottle refusal, returning to work, introducing bottles and solids, twin feeding, oversupply, and more.
