About Nicole

Nicole is a psychotherapist who provides coaching & psychotherapy services to individuals of all ages. She is highly passionate about working with those with ADHD – including their families -and in general, working with those who are driven to understand and improve their lives for the better. Nicole aims to make all clients feel safe, heard and supported and does this by approaching clients with curiosity, compassion and understanding. The therapeutic interventions she integrates depend on the needs of the client; they typically consist of cognitive behavioural, acceptance and commitment, strength-based and play-based approaches. Nicole is a huge animal lover who outside of the clinic, can often be found playing sports or being in nature.
