English, Punjabi and Hindi Services Neymat is an empathetic counsellor who provides support and strategies for: self-esteem, stress, conflict resolution, setting boundaries, mindfulness, coping with anxiety, grief, or managing addiction. Neymat is pleased to work with post-secondary students and newcomers. Neymat earned her MSc. In Clinical Psychology in India, and has completed her diploma in the Addiction and Mental Health program at Northern College. Neymat also offers reduced-rate sessions for individuals experiencing financial barriers to therapy.
