About the clinic

We provide individualized, client-centered therapy to meet a range of client goals and needs. Our therapists are also trained in evidence-based therapies and clinical specializations. We are sensitive to and inclusive of: cultural and ethnic diversity, and are LGBTQIA+ and 2S allied & affirming providers. We offer flexibility to meet your needs: You can choose the location most comfortable for you - whether in office, over phone or video, or an outdoor walk-and-talk session. You can also schedule the length of appointment that feels best for you - 50, 65, or 80 minutes Phone and video sessions for clients across Ontario In person appointments in Timmins, ON: Our office is accessible for individuals with disabilities and/or mobility aids. Main doors locked after 5PM and on weekends : When you arrive for your in-office appointment, the main doors of the building may be locked during evenings and weekends. Your therapist will greet you and let you in just prior to your appointment time.
