About Natalie

Through her own life experiences and health journey, Natalie came to appreciate the complexity of the body and the importance of intuitively listening to its needs. A long-time student of health, wellness, and natural therapies, her curiosity of the human body compelled her to learn more about what the body can do when given the right environment. This path brought her to her studies and becoming a Certified Foot Reflexologist, recognized by the Reflexology Association of Canada, of which she is also a professional member. Natalie’s treatment plans for clients encompass foot or facial reflexology or a combination of both with the choice of complementing the treatment with highest CPTG Certified Pure Tested Grade® essential oils. Natalie is passionate & committed to helping others on their own journey of healing and healthy living. She’s attentive to the myriad of factors that contribute to balanced good health and listening to her clients and their goals/needs is of primary importance while developing a treatment plan. Her vibrant personality, approachable style, caring and thoughtful manner have made her an ideal reflexology therapist.
