Michelle grew up in Kingston, Ontario and moved out west to pursue a degree of Human Kinetics from UBC. After graduating she worked for the next 6 years as a high performance Sport Analyst for the Canadian Sport Institute.
Switching gears, Michelle pursued a career as a Registered Massage Therapist and graduated in 2014 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. There she discovered a new passion for helping clients through manual therapy. In her practice, Michelle focuses on deep tissue release and fascial techniques. When not massaging, Michelle trains and competes in Crossfit and loves to be outdoors. Michelle joined the Fix team in February 2016.
