“I was very unhappy with my experience today. The clinic was far too noisy, which made it impossible to fully relax. My treatment room was right beside the restroom, and each time someone went in or out, it felt as if the door to my room was being opened. This completely disrupted the experience and made me feel uncomfortable. I was also surprised that there was no water dispenser available. Having access to water before or after a massage is a very basic expectation, especially in a wellness setting. Regarding the massage itself, unfortunately, I was disappointed . The therapist used excessive pressure, mainly with elbows, which was extremely painful. Instead of helping my muscles relax, the pain caused my body to tense up, leaving my muscles tight and contracted. After the session, rather than feeling relaxed or relieved, I experienced increased pain and stiffness throughout my body. Overall, this visit did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived.”Read moreShow less

“I was very dissatisfied with today’s service. The environment was extremely noisy, and I was not able to relax at all. My room was located right next to the restroom, and every time someone used it, I genuinely felt like someone was opening the door to my room, which was very uncomfortable and disruptive. There wasn’t even a water dispenser available, so before or after the massage, if a client feels thirsty, there is no access to a simple glass of water—which I find quite basic for a massage clinic. As for the massage technique, this was my second time visiting this clinic because I wanted to give it another chance, but unfortunately, I was disappointed again. The massage involved excessive pressure using elbows, which was extremely painful. The pain was so intense that my body kept tensing up instead of relaxing, causing my muscles to contract and stiffen. Now, after the massage, instead of feeling relaxed, I am experiencing more pain and muscle tightness than before the session. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations at all.”Read moreShow less

“I can’t recommend Hannah enough! She’s an incredible physiotherapist - knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. From the very first session, she took the time to understand my specific concerns and created a treatment plan that actually worked. She explains everything clearly, motivates you through the tough moments, and celebrates your progress with you. Every appointment feels productive and positive. I always leave feeling better, both physically and mentally. Hannah is truly amazing at what she does!!! 😀”Read moreShow less

“I tried getting a massage here as part of ICBC health coverage. They were unwilling to provide service unless I consented to share my information with 3rd parties. I have the right to deny such requests without having service refused. The staff were lovely though. If you are not in a situation involving icbc claims, then im sure they would give great care.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been going here for many years now for RMT and physio. The therapists change from time to time - thankfully Morton has remained a constant! - but this clinic constantly hires high quality professionals who do great work. They direct bill Blue Cross, etc, which is so helpful. You can often get a free hour of parking at the Johnson St Parkade just up the street while you get your treatment.”Read moreShow less

“Wanted to thank the clinic for providing physio and massages to athletes at Finlayson Ultra! I was lucky to have been paired up with Tyler (PT) who was very thorough and quickly diagnosed some chronic issues I’ve been working on for years, despite just meeting me and was a quick study on my biomechanics! He was spot on with stretches and exercises to address my runners knee and back issues. Thank you so much, and highly recommend Tyler Smith and clinic.”Read moreShow less

“I love Fix! I have been seeing both Claire (Acupuncture) and Sean (Physiotherapy) for years and both I would highly recommend. They are so knowledgeable in their fields, I always feel so well taken care of and they are honestly miracle workers for any sort of pain. I find the clinic really well laid out, organized and the front desk staff are always very friendly and accommodating.”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Dr. Simon Pearson for nearly 20 years and he is quite simply The Very Best! I started seeing him in James Bay and then at the Fix Healthcare. I sometimes suffer from wry neck and he fixes me up almost every time in a single visit. He starts with a little deep tissue massage and then provides the chiropractic adjustment. He told me on my first visit that his massage is very strong and he can ease up but if I can take it, it will do me good. So I let him do his thing. It works. I would never go to anyone else but Simon - he is that good. I would rather use TENS therapy and wait a month for him to return from his travels than to use anyone else. Before Simon, I hunted for good chiropractic and always heard the same thing - come see me three times a week for the first few weeks and then we can adjust frequency from there. Simon adjusted me and said to come see me again if you feel like you need another adjustment. He earned a lifetime of loyalty. TRUSTED! Thanks Doc!”Read moreShow less
