Whether recovering from surgery, returning to sport, managing a concussion, or working toward peak performance, Michael is passionate about helping athletes and active adults move with confidence and achieve their goals.
Michael has a special interest in sports rehabilitation, high performance athletes, post-operative care, shoulder injuries, and concussion recovery. His approach combines evidence-informed rehabilitation with performance principles to address the root cause of symptoms and build the strength, mobility, and confidence needed to return stronger.
Michael earned his Master of Physical Therapy from Western University after completing his Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Integrated Dry Needling (CIDN) practitioner, and Champion Performance Specialist (C-PS), with advanced training in shoulder rehabilitation and concussion management.
Treatment may include manual therapy, dry needling, joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, taping, and progressive exercise tailored to each patient’s goals.
Outside the clinic, Michael enjoys training at the gym, watching sports, and exploring new restaurants around the city.
