“Loved the experience!! I tried all the equipment (Cryotherapy -> IR sauna -> cold plunge -> normatec boots) and it left me with noodle legs. Very relaxed, and looking forward to a good night's rest :) A huge thanks to Melissa for helping me with the equipment!”
