Menaga is a highly skilled and compassionate physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience in physiotherapy practice. Her strong belief in the value of creating a partnership with her patients to help them with their recovery has made her a highly sought after expert in the field of physiotherapy.
Education and ongoing learning has been a cornerstone of Menaga’s journey. After completing her Masters of Physical Therapy at McMaster University, she pursued advanced training in the McKenzie Method of MDT and has completed their rigorous credentialing program, and continues to be involved in courses and seminars related to orthopedic practice. Furthermore, Menaga has completed training in Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy.
Menaga’s expertise extends to a wide range of areas, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and vertigo/dizziness. Menaga knows first hand the value of being able to treat oneself after struggling with years of chronic neck pain herself. She possesses a unique ability to tailor treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each individual, combining evidence-based practices with a holistic approach.
When not in the clinic, Menaga can be found going for walks with her two children and husband, exploring the trails of Mississauga, or enjoying a picnic in the park.
