“I had been dealing with lower back pain for over two years and had visited 5–6 physiotherapy clinics without finding a lasting solution or gaining a clear understanding of what was causing my pain. Then I found MUV Therapy. Their approach was different from the other clinics I had visited, and I noticed meaningful improvement within just a few weeks. Now, several months later, my pain has been reduced significantly, and I know exactly what to do if it ever comes back. I also started having issues with my wrist and elbow. “After almost 3 years of pelvic and leg pains, I decided on Physio therapy with MUV on the recommendation of a friend and my doctor. To be honest, after 3 years of progressive and debilitating pain, it has taken a mental toll and I was not optimistic of the outcome. After 4 months into my treatment with Ty, I am now able to sit, stand and walk much more comfortably. At each session, Ty would listen to my feedback and patiently adjust the exercises and treatment tailored to my progress. As much as I am happy for the drastic improvement in my condition, I am most grateful that for the first time in 3 years, I have HOPE (THANK YOU Ty!). Realistically, there will be days when the pain (although at a much manageable level) may resurface, but MUV has now provided the tools to manage it on my own. “Great experience here with Piotr. Very knowledgeable, passionate and professional. They work here with McKenzie method (MDT) but also had dry needling done for my issue. I had a bad muscle spasm from my desk job. And really helped with the pain in neck and trap muscles. After help strengthen the muscles too. “HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I had been dealing with neck pain for months, and after starting physiotherapy with Menaga, the pain vanished within just a few weeks. “I don’t usually write reviews, but I know how hard it is to take that first step when you already deal with anxiety around physio. I’d been nervous for a long time, and honestly avoided getting help because past experiences made me feel rushed, unheard, or reduced to a single injury, which was immensely frustrating. I started calling different clinics, and when I reached this one, I was greeted by Karima who spent real time on the phone with me listening, asking thoughtful questions, validating my fears, and helping me make sense of what I had been feeling in my body. That call alone did more for my nerves than any other place I tried. I booked a free consultation just to see how it felt, and I’m so glad I did. What sets them apart is how deeply individualized the care is. They don’t look at you as “an injury.”, which every other place did. They look at how you move, how your body responds, what your day-to-day demands are, your history, and even the things that may be contributing without you realizing it. The sessions are not just about fixing a problem in the moment (which is a huge difference from other places). There’s a genuine emphasis on prevention and how to listen and react to your own body. They take their job seriously when it comes to protecting your long-term function, building resilience, and helping you understand how to support your body before small issues become bigger ones. This alone shows how much they care about getting you back without relying on them. It’s a whole-body, whole-person approach that finally made sense to me. I’d struggled for a long time, but treatment here helped me understand my pain, see patterns, and feel real improvement in a way that went far beyond temporary relief. If you’re anxious, skeptical, or have tried physio before and didn’t feel safe or understood, my advice is: at least do the consultation. Talk to them. Ask questions. They genuinely meet you where you are. I never felt pressured, judged, or dismissed. Instead, I felt seen, educated, and supported, and that made ALL the difference in my progress and confidence. I went from dreading physio to actually looking forward to sessions, because I could feel things improving, not just in the injured area, but in the way my whole body moved and handled stress. I entered with a back injury, and left with getting help on migraines, some options for dealing with anxiety, sleep apnea, and somehow ordering a radon detector for my basement, because they really care about you! They all go above and beyond and I would trust them with anything without question. This is a long way to say, I am grateful I found this clinic, and everyone in it.
