About Mallory

Mallory is a compassionate, client-centered therapist who believes that healing begins in a relationship where you feel genuinely safe, heard, and unhurried. She works alongside adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, relational challenges, and life's harder transitions — meeting each person with warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment. Holding a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Saint Mary's University, and a Social Services diploma from Nova Scotia Community College, Mallory grounds her work in evidence-based, trauma-informed and cognitive-behavioural approaches, while staying flexible and attuned to what each client actually needs in the room. Her style is collaborative and goal-oriented — together, you'll build a path forward that feels manageable, meaningful, and truly yours. Whether you're carrying something heavy you've never put into words, or you're ready to understand the patterns keeping you stuck, Mallory offers a steady, affirming space to begin. She is currently accepting new clients aged 13 and up.
