“Janice is an amazing therapist. She is very compassionate and caring and has greatly helped me with past trauma as well as helping me to practice more self-love. I have learned so much on what is healthy vs abusive in personal relationships. I have become more confident in handling conflicts with friends and family in a healthy way. I always leave my appointments feeling so much better. My anxiety and depression have decreased significantly. I no longer suffer from frequent nightmares from a past abusive relationship where I would literally wake up in the middle of the night in a cold sweat with my clothes and sheets soaked.
