About Lynsey

Lynsey has been working in the fitness industry for almost 20 years, first as a Personal Trainer and Aerobics/Spinning instructor before discovering Pilates. She trained at both the London and Oxford STOTT Pilates premier training venues before moving to Canada in 2010. Since then she has had two children and has firsthand experience of the pre- and postnatal body, developed a passion for Clinical Pilates as a rehabilitation tool and completed her Level 1 certification. She has over 10 years of experience with rehab clients and loves working with all ages, issues and abilities.
