I focus on clients with all forms of mental health struggles; such as anxiety, depression, stress and grief. "One of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story." As a solution-focused, client-centred therapist, my goal is to help you understand your story, find your strengths and be empowered to find and embrace the solutions and changes that you are looking for.
