Liz brings many years of clinical and life experience to her role at Springboard. She previously worked in children’s mental health where she provided support and counselling to children and families, as well as adults experiencing significant social, emotional, and academic challenges. Liz’s engaging, empathic, and strengths-based approach enables her to empower and connect with her clients. “My role as a therapist is to help people better understand themselves so that they can grow. I believe that people can use their strengths, values and goals in order to create positive and constructive outlets.”
