Welcome! I’m a Counselling Therapist and Addiction Counsellor, registered with the Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (ACTA), and a Certified Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Practitioner through the Rosenzweig Center for Rapid Recovery. With over 18 years of experience supporting youth and adults across Alberta, I’ve supported many through a wide range of mental health challenges—helping them heal, grow, and thrive. A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON THERAPY Though I’m trained in various therapeutic approaches, my primary focus is Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). This powerful, evidence-based modality is known for producing fast, effective results—without the need for in-depth talking or reliving painful memories. The immediate relief I’ve witnessed in my clients is truly life-changing. Real Conversations in a Real Space You won’t find formalities or clinical coldness here. I’m down-to-earth, approachable, and show up just as I am, often in jeans and a t-shirt, sitting cross-legged in session. My focus is on connection and authenticity, not appearances or clinical jargon. Time to Breathe, Time to Heal Sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes, giving us the space to fully complete each ART session without rushing. My priority is that you leave feeling lighter and excited for the next session.
