🗓️ New Clients
For new clients, I recommend booking your Initial Intake plus 3 ART sessions in advance, especially if your availability is limited. My schedule typically books about 4 weeks ahead, so booking in advance helps ensure you have appointments secured.
⏰ Evening Appointments
Evening appointments tend to fill quickly. Some Sunday and alternative appointment times may be available. Please message me directly if you would like to discuss options.

For client safety, ART may not be appropriate for everyone.
