About Lindsay
Lindsay Hull is a Nervous System Coach and Certified Pain Reprocessing Practitioner with more than 14 years of experience supporting individuals with chronic health conditions and nervous system dysregulation. Her work is informed by extensive training in neuroplasticity, brain rewiring, mindbody medicine, and evidence-based approaches to chronic symptom recovery.
She specializes in working with clients experiencing fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, Long COVID, chronic pain, chronic migraines, anxiety disorders, insomnia, vestibular conditions, food sensitivities, and many other chronic conditions often associated with central sensitization and nervous system dysregulation.
Through evidence-based mindbody approaches and nervous system support techniques, Lindsay helps clients shift out of chronic stress and survival states into greater regulation and resilience. Her work incorporates practices such as somatic tracking, visualization, EFT tapping, vagus nerve exercises, and other neuroplasticity-based interventions.
Her clinical approach emphasizes patient education, nervous system awareness, and the application of evidence-informed mindbody strategies to help clients reduce symptom fear, improve resilience, and restore quality of life.
