“This is the second time I’ve been here for a massage and Jinesh has been great both times! My only complaint is today when I went to check out the lady working at the front couldn’t get my benefits to process when I had no problems with the other lady (who only works part-time) that was there last week processing it! Or any other place that I went for a chiropractor appointment or even acupuncture!! She clearly missed something because I called my health benefits provider shortly after, and they said there’s no reason why it wouldn’t have went through! It obviously, an error not on my part but on hers! My entire billing code obviously hasn’t been entered according to the provider and she just used the digits! Now I had to pay the $95.55 and wait several days to receive it back! That was not an expense I was expecting to have today! I am NOT very happy about that!! I try and support local as much as possible, but this really left a bad impression after this experience. Now I just hope I get my refund from my Benefits provider before one of my other payments come out! The whole purpose of choosing a place with direct billing, is to not have the inconvenience of having to pay upfront!”Read moreShow less
