About Leslie

Leslie specializes in helping individuals improve muscle performance and recovery. With extensive experience working with high-profile athletes, patients recovering from post-operative injuries and managing both acute and chronic pain, Leslie’s approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics. She excels at assessment and assisting clients in pain management, enhancing mobility and strength, promoting injury recovery, and reducing overall stress. Leslie offers a wide range of techniques, including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, acupuncture, Thai massage, and intra-oral massage for TMJ dysfunction. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo (2022), completed her Massage Therapy training at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). A former basketball player and marathon runner, Leslie is passionate about educating clients on their injury phase and treatment plan, empowering them to take an active role in recovery.
