“The optician Zola Byambadorj (I think that's her today at the optometry clinic/store) was wonderful! She kindly and quickly fixed a missing screw in a pair of sunglasses. A lot of optometry clinics and glasses stores will not offer repair service (paid or free) unless you bought the glasses from them. The stores specifically for repair quoted an extremely high price (equivalent to the price of a new, high quality pair of sunglasses) for repairing one missing screw. Zola fitted a new screw for $5, and she took extra care to secure them, too, with very small nuts; I didn't know was possible for glasses. I have been stressed about this for quite some time because the sunglasses are good quality and held a lot of good memories for me. A bonus surprise, we have the same sunglasses with different colour patterns! Thank you so much, Zola, for offering the repair at an affordable price and for your kindness 🩷🩷🩷”Read moreShow less

“I visited today to order and pick up my contact lenses. The staff were very friendly, especially the lady who sat with me, and I really appreciated that. However, I was charged $153 for 5 packs of daily disposable lenses. My prescription is different for each eye, but Dr. Andrew Liang assured me it would be fine. It’s been over 5 hours since my appointment, and I’m still struggling with a headache. I know Dr. Liang might respond by saying he mentioned my prescription was outdated and that he recommended an eye exam first. But for the record, I use the same prescription for my glasses and have no issues with headaches or vision. What disappointed me the most is being charged $75 for “training” on how to put in and remove the lenses. The staff member was incredibly kind, but the session was only 15–20 minutes, and all she said was to use my fingertips to insert the lenses—nothing more. I never asked for this service, and it didn’t provide any real value, so I don’t understand the extra fee. Overall, I cannot recommend this clinic.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Amy Law is fantastic! I struggled with eye dryness for a long time, and Dr. Law was incredibly attentive and understanding. I was able to have as many return visits as needed to address my issues, and the Lipiflow treatment she recommended has made a world of difference. I feel much better now! “Absolutely fantastic experience here. Dr. Liang was incredibly efficient while still taking the time to address any questions I had. Sumaya was also excellent in helping me decide what lenses were appropriate for me and was incredibly personable through the entire experience.
