As a former Canadian National Golden Belt Karate Champion, I bring a deep understanding of movement, recovery, and performance to my practice as a Registered Massage Therapist. Since 2013, I have specialized in clinical massage, sports therapy, cupping, hot and cold stone therapy, and various forms of relaxation massage.
