“I had an excellent massage experience from start to finish. Haekyung (Helen) Choe was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand exactly where I was feeling tension. The pressure was perfect for me but always checked if the pressure was fine which I appreciated. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The environment was clean, peaceful, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality massage. “The most painful pre natal massage I’ve ever had. I do not reccomend. I am mortified. She doused me in oil, no hot towel to remove it. I kept telling her less pressure she continued to add pressure. The baby was kicking because I was in so much pain. Was not comfortable or relaxed one bit. I am actually shocked I still paid for that. I will be returning to hand and stone. “Ive been to many locations and they are all great, however when my therapist came out he looked like he woke up from a nap. And greeted me saying "hmm" I refused to have him do any massage on me. “I had my first appointment at Massage Addict, and it was such a wonderful experience. Cristina was absolutely amazing—kind, caring, sweet, and very gentle throughout the session. She made me feel comfortable right away and really took the time to ensure I was relaxed and at ease. The massage itself was incredibly soothing, and I left feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. The place is clean and relaxing. I’m so happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back. I also want to mention the front desk staff—Stanislava was very kind and sweet while assisting me. “I’m extremely disappointed and regret having to write this review, but my experience with Christina was truly a nightmare. I had booked a head massage, expecting a relaxing and professional service. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. Christina started the appointment about eight minutes late. From the beginning, it did not feel like a proper massage. Instead of using appropriate techniques, she was painfully pulling my hair, which made the session very uncomfortable and gave the impression that she did not know what she was doing. Midway through the appointment, someone knocked on the door and she left the room, interrupting the massage entirely. This was very unprofessional and disruptive. The session not only failed to relax me but actually resulted in a severe headache. I had to take painkillers afterward because of the discomfort caused during the massage. Given the quality of the service and the distress it caused, I truly believe a refund would have been appropriate. I am writing this with genuine regret, but I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better standards in the future.”Read moreShow less
