Her passion lies with individuals, families, and anyone in between that has been impacted by a loss. She especially feels close to those who have had a loss due to termination as she herself made the decision to terminate at the age of 17. "I see that even though my termination was not due to medical reasons, there were a lot of emotions that went with it. I found that those emotions are just the same as those who have had a loss they did not want. I wished to volunteer at the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Centre because I know that I am not alone in my thoughts and feelings, and no one else should be either."
