About Krista
Krista Hughes-Yurkowski graduated from M H Vicars School of Massage Therapy in 2012 and has worked towards a synergistic approach to massage therapy that helps support the body mind connection. Reduction of the sympathetic nervous system function and stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system are key goals Krista works towards in every treatment. Krista employs gentle techniques that do not stress the body and that allow the body’s own healing to flourish.
She has completed Chickly Level 2 lymphatic drainage and is certified in orthopedic massage. Krista also does myofasial cupping and her treatments are effective without being painful.
