“The physiotherapy there has been amazing. Addison took the time to listen to me, educate me on how we can fix the body and worked with me (plus gave me a plan to follow) to give me back my confidence in my movement!”

“Had such a great experience at Addison Gough Physiotherapy at Thrive! I went in for a knee injury and my husband for back pain, and we both felt really taken care of. Addison is super easy to talk to, takes his time, and actually listens—never feels rushed (he will be actively giving you care for your full appointment). He goes above and beyond and really cares about helping you get better for the long game - not just exercises or putting you on a machine for relief. Honestly, such a gem to have a place like this in Okotoks. For someone who is hesitant to go to physiotherapy. Would 100% recommend!”Read moreShow less

“I started seeing Dr Jamie several years ago to help with weather-related headaches which I'm happy to say I do not get anymore! She's also helped me return to normal after an MVA. I was always nervous to see a chiropractor because I thought they had to do massive adjustments, but Dr Jamie and Dr B are so gentle and helpful. Steve is also a fantastic masseuse. Highly recommend Thrive!”Read moreShow less

“Dr. B and Dr. Jamie are both incredibly empathetic, attentive and kind. They make personal connections and are so thoughtful and genuine with their patients. My family of 6 are all regulars, and Thrive has gone above and beyond for us countless times!”

“If you live in Okotoks or surrounding area and are in need of proper physiotherapy, there is nobody in the business as good as Addison at Thrive. His knowledge and precise care is everything you could ask for in your healthcare specialist. He has treated me for multiple injuries now and always takes time out of his day to make sure me and his other patients are well looked after with a solid plan on a full recovery. Addison is hands down the best!”Read moreShow less

“I am quite disappointed with my experience for several valid reasons. *My midwife suggested them* First, and that’s on me, I thought the $50 offer was a good deal, especially since I don’t have insurance. But later I found out that many other centers have similar offers—or even ones as low as $39. The main issue, though, was how rushed everything felt. Even though we spoke slowly, the constant moving back and forth between clients made both of our visits feel hurried. There was no clear plan provided to address posture; instead, it felt like the goal was simply to keep clients coming back. In our two visits, the adjustments Dr. Jamie performed were barely noticeable. She kept asking, “Better, right?” and then answering herself with “Much better, yeah, yeah,” while checking with her hands—even though we didn’t actually feel any improvement. It was uncomfortable, as if she was pushing us to agree to something we weren’t experiencing. I also raised an issue about an ankle imbalance, which was completely ignored the first time. I had to bring it up again, and the advice I got was to ask the front desk about some kind of arch insert. That didn’t feel like a professional response to a tilted ankle, especially since I know such an issue can affect the whole body. Dr. Jamie worked on both me and my husband—we paid for two people—but our talk time was shared together, and the total booking time wasn’t even 30 minutes for both of us. Honestly, it didn’t feel fair. To be clear, Dr. Jamie is a nice person. But nice has nothing to do with getting help you pay for, the way this business is run does not inspire confidence. Leadership is about heart and mind—not just about standing with straight shoulders and head. . Sorry, but you should do better.”Read moreShow less

“I am beyond grateful for Thrive Family Chiropractic and the incredible care they have provided for my family. When my teenage daughter was first diagnosed with scoliosis, it was one of the most overwhelming moments I’ve faced as a parent. I didn’t know what steps to take, how serious it would be, or what kind of impact it might have on her health, confidence, and ability to stay active in sports. That’s when we found Dr. Jamie and Dr. B. From the very beginning, they created an environment of compassion and reassurance. They took the time to answer every question I had — no matter how small — and explained what was happening in ways that made sense. They weren’t just focused on adjustments, but on her overall health and long-term wellness. They made sure my daughter was not only receiving excellent chiropractic care but also connected us with the right physiotherapy support to strengthen her body and improve her posture. They were proactive, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to build a care plan that gave me peace of mind and gave my daughter the best chance to thrive. The difference has been incredible. My daughter is not only managing her scoliosis well, but she’s also able to continue playing the sports she loves and maintain an active lifestyle. Watching her grow stronger, more confident, and free to enjoy life without being held back has been such a blessing. As a mom, there is no greater relief than knowing your child is in the right hands. I can’t thank Thrive Family Chiropractic enough for their knowledge, encouragement, and genuine care for my daughter’s health. They have truly made a difference in our lives.”Read moreShow less

“My 7 week old son has been struggling with sleep and fussiness throughout the day. We noticed that he held his head off to the side and only liked to turn his head one way. I brought him to see Dr. Jaimie and instantly, after his first appointment, I noticed a drastic change in his sleep habits. He is also a completely different baby. He doesn't seem to be in pain anymore and is much happier. I would definitely recommend bringing children to see Dr Jaimie, she has been so amazing and gentle. Incredibly kid friendly office as well.”Read moreShow less
