Krista has had the privilege of working alongside many women and their families for over 20 years in maternity care. She is a certified Birth Doula CD(DONA), she completed her breastfeeding support for health care providers certificate through Douglas College and is also a certified Dancing For Birth instructor. Krista previously worked as a medical office assistant and provided breastfeeding support at a local maternity clinic for 10 years. Krista is passionate about working alongside breastfeeding mothers and babies. She holds space in a supportive, compassionate, non judgmental way. She is committed to helping you achieve your breastfeeding goals and meet you wherever you’re at on your journey. Krista is married and has 3 grown sons. She loves getting outdoors in the sunshine for walks, hikes, and bike rides. She also loves curling up with a good book and spending time with family and friends.
