CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that our therapists only get paid for hours they are booked. Your appointment time has been reserved just for you. “I decided to join Krista's Dancing for Birth classes, and it was one of the best decisions I made for my pregnancy. Krista is so knowledgeable in all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I learned how to trust my body, and beautiful dance moves that I used during my birth and helped me feel in control. I also met other moms which was lovely for my sense of community, seeing we are all still in touch after giving birth. Krista went above and beyond and helped me in 2 instances of outside the classes, during my pregnancy, and now in my postpartum stage, sending me resources, tips, and lovely messages to help me with I'm going through.
