About Kris

Hi, my name is Kris. I am currently finishing my Masters in Counselling at City University of Seattle. I am non-binary, have two gender presentations, use they/them pronouns and go by Kris either way. One of the foundations of my approach to therapy is the belief that we all have the capacity to become our own healers. Through that healing process, we can move towards a place of feeling more balance and harmony in and between our inner and outer worlds. I believe in using a collaborative, client-led approach with the understanding that you are the expert of your life. I aim to create a safe and trusting environment where your wisdom and what I have learned about therapy come together to facilitate your healing process. Some of my areas of interest include 2SLGBTQ+ issues, gender identity issues, couple’s issues, trauma, attachment, and internal somatic work.
