Kirsten is a native of North Vancouver and currently lives on Vancouver Island. Graduating in 2004 from LaTrobe University in Australia, where she also taught, Kirsten uses Clinical Pilates, Acupuncture, IMS and real-time ultrasound in her practice. While treating all forms of injury and chronic complaints, Kirsten has advanced pelvic floor training and maintains a special interest in Women’s Health.
