About Kevin

Kevin recently moved back home to Toronto after four years living in Melbourne, Australia, where he earned a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne in 2021. Prior to going down under, Kevin graduated with a bachelor’s degree in film studies from Wilfred Laurier University. After a severe back injury in 2016, Kevin discovered his how helpful physiotherapy can be. During his rehab for this injury, Kevin learned how physio can help heal people physically and emotionally prepare them to return to their daily lives. Following a complete recovery, Kevin is now dedicated to helping other people overcome injuries and help prevent new ones in the future. In addition to working as a physiotherapist in Melbourne, Kevin spent three-plus years working as a sideline sports trainer, providing first aid for a variety of sports including rugby, Australian rules football, soccer, and basketball. In this role, Kevin diagnosed and managed injuries before, during and after games using various techniques such as taping, massage, and exercise prescription. Kevin is passionate about providing care that always puts the patient first. He works with each individual patient to set meaningful goals and uses exercise and hands-on techniques to help people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their targets and return to the activities that they love. Kevin is excited to further expand his skill set as he aims to earn his accreditation in dry needling, strength and conditioning, and advanced running biomechanics. In his spare time, Kevin is an avid baseball player and fan. He enjoys playing squash, hiking, and going on long ride bikes around the city.
