“I started seeing Tuan about two years ago for serious tightness in my glutes that was preventing me from playing tennis and generally interfering with my day-to-day activities. Tuan quickly diagnosed the issue and put together a home exercise plan. “I recently completed my treatments at the Centre for Sport & Recreation Medicine (CSRM) and am extremely grateful for the care I received. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to my physiotherapist, Alison Pinto, for her patient and thorough treatments. After struggling with sciatica pain for over two months, I am finally pain-free, thanks to Alison’s expertise and dedication. Her guidance and support throughout this difficult time were invaluable. “Great experience with Alison at the clinic. Started to see Alison in late July 2021 for a degenerative shoulder issue. Alison was very attentive, listened to my concerns and did not overwhelmed me with lots of exercises. She took a gradual approach and only introduced new exercises as my shoulder movement improved. My last session ended in December when Alison declared I am healed and regained over 95% movement in the area. I have continued with the daily exercises and really appreciate Alison's care.
