Kennedy graduated from VCMT’s Registered Massage Therapy program in April 2019 with an in-depth education of human anatomy and physiology, as well as orthopaedic assessment and treatment. She is also currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from Thompson Rivers University.
Kennedy believes in adjusting every treatment to her patient’s specific needs by incorporating multiple modalities, such as Swedish, myofascial release, attachment release, and joint mobilizations to obtain optimal results. She uses her experience from both clinical and spa settings to maintain a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere while delivering effective, patient-centered treatments.
Her practice takes a specific interest in TMJ dysfunction, postpartum care, and post-surgical scar tissue treatment for procedures such as C-sections, mastectomies, breast reconstruction, and gender affirming top surgery.
When not at work, she can be found hiking, practicing yoga, or horseback riding!
