🚫 24 HR CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged a fee equal to the full cost of the treatment booked.
💳 CREDIT CARD POLICY: A credit card on file is required to book an appointment, in the event of a LATE CANCELLATION or NO SHOW it will be charged the full cost of the treatment booked.
🏢 CLINIC ENTRY: There is no onsite reception. Upon arrival, please wait in our seating area & the RMT will greet you at your scheduled appointment time. ➡️ After 5:00PM the sliding glass doors to enter the building may be locked. If this is the case, please wait outside & the RMT will come get you at your scheduled appointment time.
📑 INSURANCE BILLING: If the insurance information is not added to the intake form before the appointment or added incorrectly you will be required to pay privately. The RMT will not be able to assist you with any issues related to insurance billing, please call administration @ 604-852-7100. 🚩 We are unable to accommodate secondary insurance , ICBC and WCB claims at this time.

“I had the absolute worst experience at this massage place it was by far the worst I’ve had since coming to Canada. I’m pregnant, and I went there for a back massage. I even booked an appointment for my son. At first, when I spoke to her on the phone, she was normal, but as soon as she saw me with my hijab at the clinic, she started treating me very badly. They blocked me and falsely accused me of being rude, when I was never rude at all. I really needed every session, but they lied about me. The owner was never nice to me from the start, and once she saw me in hijab, she just treated me terribly. When I tried to contact her to ask why, she blocked me on the phone and wouldn’t let me come back. It was completely unfair and awful.”Read moreShow less

“I paid 135$ for 60 min pregnant massage and only got like 35- 40 mins was pretty upset about that tbh because it's pretty expensive and I dident plan on going again because of that, but they said the next time we don't have to go over all the stuff we did today and ehen i come again it will be the full time and I mean... if there's stuff they need to go over then that should be on there time not yours. Paid for 60 mins of massage so I want 60 mins period end of story. Like they honestly expect people to want to come back after being ripped off like that? Regardless 60 mins of massage paid for should be separate. from everything else required. “Absolutely horrible experience at Sore Wellness Massage Centre! The website showed they were open, and since they never bother answering their phone, we went there in person to book an appointment. The door was wide open, so naturally we walked in. To our shock, the lady inside rudely yelled at us saying they were closed. No courtesy, no basic manners just pure rudeness. “Beware new vulnerable mamas. I brought my colic baby here after a couple of months of constant crying and colic, looking for help,support and assistance. The first appointment went well I thought maybe this might help, I explained my situation with my new baby and my PPD I was experiencing and that I felt lost in this new journey of motherhood and couldn’t figure out if it was tummy problems or just fussiness. At the second appointment my baby would not settle at all, the “specialist” and owner told me she thought she knew the answer as to why he has been so upset…. It was me… she passively aggressively asked my 3 month if “when he was crying out, if his needs weren’t being met” and told me that my baby was experiencing “trust issues”… let me tell you that messed me up for years, counselling, tears, and a mental mind trip that was triggered by her words. It wasn’t any of those things… it was COLIC. If you are reading this… I wish I never went there. It was terrible advice, it was false advice and it was extremely harmful for a new mother. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! I debated about posting this as it’s been a few months but I just don’t want any new mother being told this BS and struggle more then you already are.”Read moreShow less

“everyone who works there is lovely, however we did not receive proper care for our newborn. We were told he was done with his massage appointments but he still had so much tension and had completely stopped breastfeeding because of that. “I took my seven month old to see Nathalie Jones. She has helped me and my baby immensely. He completely stopped rolling over and was having difficulty with his feedings. Now, he's rolling over again and his feeds are going super smoothly. So not only did she help with my babies developmental needs she helped my breastfeeding journey as well. “Kennedy was my RMT and did a fantastic job addressing prenatal pains in my mid and low back. She was kind and professional, and I could tell she had a great understanding of anatomy by how she worked through the muscles in my neck, shoulder and back.”
