Hello and welcome! My name is Katheryn and I am a Registered Dietitian. I specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating, body image/food relationships, and intuitive eating, while also being equipped to support a wide range of health concerns, dietary and lifestyle goals! As a Chinese/Vietnamese Canadian who grew up in the multicultural city of Vancouver, I’m committed to providing a culturally sensitive, gender-affirming, and safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing their nutrition and life concerns. My focus is on fostering positive relationships with food and enhancing the quality of life for each client, understanding that wellness is unique to everyone. Regardless of age or background, I believe in giving everyone the opportunity to build confidence and create lasting change. My hope is to instill both motivation and self-compassion in those seeking nutrition guidance. I look forward to meeting you soon!
