I find Kelsey to be kind, compassionate and easy to speak with. She offers tools that can be applied easily to real life. Her gentle demeanor and understanding of chronic illness with a touch of humour makes me feel comfortable in my sessions.

I highly recommend Alyssa Gonzalez. She's compassionate, thoughtful and insightful, and is incredibly easy to talk to. She's wonderful at creating a safe and supportive environment. I always feel heard and understood, leaving our sessions feeling supported and empowered. The clinic itself is beautiful. The space is calm and welcoming; the atmosphere is peaceful from the moment you walk in. The staff are warm, friendly, and professional. I'm very grateful to have found Alyssa, and look forward to exploring some of the other services offered at CAYA!

Absolutely horrendous inability to communicate with clients. Clearly described my situation a week prior over a call to make sure everything would work out for a family appointment on a very important matter. Was told it would be, then informed 3 hours before the appointment that they couldn't handle the request. Abhorrent lack of regard for our time and situation.

Dr. Porteous is truly exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to explain everything clearly so you always feel comfortable and confident in her care. Her staff are just as amazing—friendly, organized, and very supportive. We feel very fortunate to have Dr. Porteous and her wonderful team looking after us.

Caroline was fantastic to work with for my nutritional needs. She is highly empathetic, understanding and realistic about what nutrition is feasible for women especially. I highly recommend her!

I had a great experience at this clinic and to be honest i've visited a lot of clinics but this is the best one. The staff were welcoming, professional, and efficient. The provider took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I felt respected and well cared for throughout my visit. The clinic is clean and well organized. Highly recommend

I had a very bad experience with physiotherapist, Rachel Wong. The exercises she gave me for strength training caused an injury, which I still haven't fully recovered from. When I told her about the pain I was feeling after the exercises, she performed dry needling to fix the issue and still encouraged me to continue the exercises. She knew I was waiting for my ultrasound report for my injury but still encouraged me to continue exercises, as if it was all in my head. After getting an ultrasound for my injury, it became clear that the exercises she recommended were actually the ones that made my injury worse. Because of this, I had a 6-month setback. I also tried emailing about my concerns, but eventually stopped getting responses. Overall, I am very disappointed with the care I have received.

Going to the doctor usually gives me major anxiety and the Women's Clinic I used to frequent closed down recently. I found CAYA highly rated on Google and decided to give them a try. Women found and operated practices make me feel more seen and safe. The booking process was super easy, my whole appointment was quick and streamlined. I was checked in and out within 20 mins! Highly recommend this quiet & clean establishment for a safe and inclusive experience!

I’ve been seeing Kim for acupuncture, and it has been a genuinely positive experience. Kim is a wonderful listener, so I always feel comfortable talking about what’s going on with me. I really appreciate that the sessions give me space to talk and be heard, and the needle part feels very relaxing — almost like meditation. I often start feeling better even during the session. For example, my bloating eases, and I leave feeling calmer and more relaxed.

I cannot recommend Corine Becker highly enough. Finding a massage therapist who is genuinely experienced and in tune with your body is rare, and she is truly exceptional. It's clear she has an uncanny ability to pinpoint the exact spots of tension and immediately starts working to relieve them. This intuitive approach means I spend less time directing and more time relaxing, knowing she is focused on the root causes of my discomfort. Beyond her incredible skill, she is genuinely patient and caring. She always takes the time to listen to any issues I'm having. She is a master of pressure control. As someone who requires and enjoys a therapeutic deep tissue massage, she consistently applies the right amount of pressure—firm enough to be effective, yet focused enough to ensure genuine relief. She is the best!!
