I was born and raised in the Lower Mainland and am happy to call East Vancouver home. Prior to becoming a Massage Therapist, I worked as a small scale organic farmer with a focus on educating the next generation of farmers. After years of observing the impact of physically demanding labour on the body, I became interested in exploring ways in which I can support the body's natural ability to heal.
I am passionate about working with the nervous system to encourage release and relaxation of the musculoskeletal system to help you in achieving your optimal wellness. My areas of interest include myofascial release, assisted and passive stretching and Swedish massage techniques.
Beyond the clinic, I enjoy cycling, outdoor adventuring, cooking and farming, and I'm always happy to talk about what’s growing in my garden.
