“I've been working with Geoffrey for several months now, and the changes in my shoulder mobility and strength have been transformative. With his help, I've gone from struggling with basic everyday movements—like putting on a shirt or buckling my seatbelt—to getting back to reasonable pressing and benching numbers within 10 months (It was a doozy of a 3rd left arm blowout). The visits have been so instrumental in my return to function. Every time I go a couple of weeks without one, I can tell. Tightness and stiffness tend to creep back in after a while, but less each time. I highly recommend Geoffrey. He knows what he's doing. He can apply the pressure, and if a few areas aren't quite getting what you need, all you gotta do is speak up, and he can adjust to fit what you need. He's very skilled. And also, he's got excellent pressure regulation. He feathers it out where it needs to be feathered out, and he can load up where it needs a bit more loading. “I was recommended to see RMT Alexander (Sasha) Ledenev in this clinic. I came to him with chronic shoulder blade pain after trying what felt like everything with little success. Sasha is extremely skilled at working with trigger points and always pays close attention to how you feel during the massage. What I appreciate most is that he takes the time to thoroughly work on problem areas and deep muscles. I’m already noticing improvement and plan to continue seeing him regularly I also want to mention how comfortable the sessions are. The atmosphere in clinic is very quiet and cozy. “Had a fantastic massage with Geoffrey Lau 4 days ago. It was one of the best I have ever had and I will 100% will be back to see him again. I was experiencing really bad neck and back pain, for several days from a bad sleep. I was able to get in to see Geoffrey who listened to my concerns and he did a great job of thoughtfully working on the places that were totally knotted up. He also did some active techniques which I hadn’t tried before and those helped immensely too. Most of all, Geoffrey’s pacing was perfect for what I needed - not too fast on the tight areas, which allowed me to really sink into the massage and for those cramped up muscles to start and relax. The relief was immense. I gained an improved range of motion and my back has stopped cramping up since then. As well, I also appreciated how Geoffrey explained how certain muscles groups worked together and provided a few simple stretches I can do at home, and explained why they help. He also checked in with me the next day to see how I was doing. It was all in all, fantastic and like I said, one of the best massages I’ve ever had! “Was super excited to book an appointment as I recently had a baby and was finally able to figure out accommodation so I could get a massage before year end. They cancelled on me by text and I didnt see it until the morning, as it was sent at night. That’s ok as things happen, what I was surprised about was no follow up phone call to apologize and reschedule. If customers get cancellation charges with less than 24 hours notice, what do customers get when it happens to them? If I got a phone call offering another date and time I would not have bothered with this review, as I mentioned things happen and I’m not going to hold that against people, but poor service is no follow up or not even caring.”Read moreShow less
