About Kate

Katerina (generally known as Kate) has been very fortunate to call Bow Valley home - twice. First, growing up here during the 80's and 90's, and again now since 2009. Her passion for healing grew first from involvement in competitive cross country skiing and the inspiring 1988 Olympians and their team support. As a result, Kate worked for years as sport team therapist for both cross country and biathlon national teams from 1994-2000. She studied a two year Massage Therapy intensive course with the main focus being sports massage, injury recovery and acute rehabilitation. Since then, she has added pregnancy massage, cranial sacral release, quantum touch, reflexology and energy work, all with intention of providing the best individual care she can for each and every one of her clients.
