Perhaps you’re carrying the quiet weight of infertility, hormonal challenges, pregnancy loss, postpartum shifts, or grief that doesn’t always have space to be spoken aloud. These experiences can affect your mood, relationships, sense of identity, and connection to your body. You don’t have to carry this alone. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive space where your story, pain, and resilience are all welcome. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EFT, narrative therapy, somatic, and solution-focused approaches. There is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, and we move at a pace that feels supportive and safe. I aim to create a warm, supportive space grounded in empathy, humour, curiosity, and care.
