Julia graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy with Honours and Clinical Distinction in 2022. Julia developed a passion for injury rehabilitation as a competitive athlete that sustained several injuries, and tailored her post-secondary education to orthopaedic injuries and active recovery. She obtained a Sport Science Diploma in 2012 and graduated in 2013 from the University of the Fraser Valley with a Bachelor Degree in Kinesiology. Her passion is orthopaedic injuries and functional rehabilitation. She enjoys working with patients that take an active role in their recovery and develops ongoing treatment plans to help patient create attainable goals. Julia treats on a on a deep therapeutic level utilizing modalities such as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Myofascial Release Techniques, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF).
