“I've been seeing Alicia for many years. She is a great massage therapist and person to be around. She saw me through 2 pregnancies and even though I don't make it as often as I should, she always takes good care of me and helps relieve my back and neck pain and helps with my tension headaches. “I began going here a year ago and was fairly pleased with my experience. Christine was my RMT and she helped me release tension in my shoulders as well as my hips. I was expecting a baby when I first went to her and she was very helpful and even referred me to a physiotherapist to help with some of the pregnancy pain I was experiencing in my lower back. She was amazing. One thing however, I learned recently is if you can’t make an appointment with your usual RMT, the other 4 RMT’s in the office won’t take you as a client. Since having a baby, I’ve had to reschedule my appointments and I rescheduled with one of the other girls and she sent me an email saying she couldn’t take me on even though I was already a client at their office and said she would put me on the wait list to see Christine, meanwhile Christine was getting ready for maternity leave so I was left without an RMT for 2 months. I found a different massage office to go too as I need a place to be flexible to fit me in and I don’t want to be told “you’re not my client so I can’t help you.” The year I’ve been with the collective has been good but I wish they didn’t run on this mentality of because my regular person isn’t available, I get no service from anyone.”Read moreShow less
