About Joshua

Joshua is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (Class of 2021) with a strong focus on athletic performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. He has clinical experience treating sports injuries, chronic pain, soft tissue injuries, neurological conditions, and musculoskeletal dysfunctions. With a background in competitive powerlifting and firsthand experience recovering from multiple injuries, Joshua understands the physical demands athletes place on their bodies. This perspective allows him to create effective, results-driven treatment plans that support recovery, improve movement quality, and enhance performance. Joshua is a Certified TPI Golf Assessment Therapist, specializing in golf-specific assessments and treatments designed to reduce injury risk, improve mobility, and help golfers perform at their best. He is also an amateur long drive competitor and a member of Amateur Long Drive Canada (ALD), giving him unique insight into the demands of high-speed rotational athletes. His treatment approach is tailored to each individual and combines techniques such as Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, myofascial release, and active and passive stretching to support both recovery and long-term resilience. Joshua believes optimal results come from personalized care that considers training load, lifestyle, and mental well-being. His goal is to help athletes and active individuals return to sport stronger, move better, and stay pain-free. Outside of the clinic, Joshua enjoys strength training, playing golf, competing in long drive events, and practicing sleight of hand.
