John began his academic journey at the University of Alberta in 2010 where he studied science and developed a love for movement sciences and neurology. By the end of 2017, he officially completed his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy program.
A recent graduate, John has gained a variety of experience working with children, seniors, athletes, stroke and spinal cord injury patient.
Since he was young, John has participated in competitive sport teams like soccer, volleyball, badminton and hockey. Although he never continued into the collegiate level, he continues to enjoy and appreciate the sport and athletes. He understands the importance of appropriate rehabilitation and injury prevention for athletes to continue to perform at a high level.
Currently he enjoys spending his free time with his friends and family, snowboarding and cheering on the Edmonton Oilers.
