“Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment and arrived on time, but I was left waiting for a long period without any clear update from the physiotherapist. The receptionist had already informed the physiotherapist that I was waiting, but there was still no communication or acknowledgement. I understand that appointments can run late, but a simple update or explanation would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and respect for my time left me with a very negative impression. I decided not to continue with the appointment and will not be returning.”Read moreShow less

“I saw Austin for my De Quervain’s hand injury, and he was great. In just two weeks, he had me back playing both golf and baseball just in time for the season. He spent more time and attention on my case than any physio I’ve seen before, doing thorough testing and giving me very effective exercises tailored to my injury. “In 2018 I sprained my back at work and I had my past experience with other physiotherapists therefore, I was not excited to do physio. That was until I met Tara and she changed my life truly. She was informative, patient, empathetic, and kind. I did not think my back could get back to 100% and in 6 weeks, my back was restored. “My grandmother took a tumble on the ice and seriously injured her ankle, knee, and wrists from attempting to brace herself. The owner, Tina, personally provided incredible care, with special attention to restoring hand comfort, dexterity, and mobility, including adjusting the treatment to the delicate bruising and gritted abrasions. “Worst experience ever. If you want to have the worst pain ever go and see Mr John. I went there walking and came out with the worst pain of my life. I am not able to walk for almost 14 days now. He is not knowledgeable. I think he is just practicing for the sake of it. He is not experienced enough. My sciatica went from bad to worse after I saw him once. Now I am seeing a sports injury specialist and I see a major difference in how they treat people with excruciating pain.
