Hi, I'm Joey Chuang an orthopaedic physiotherapist. My clinical approach is centered on establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with you so that we can accomplish your distinct goals together.
I spend time exploring different avenues for pain and dysfunction that could include biomechanical loading, tissue damage, inflammation, stress and anxiety, thoughts and beliefs, past experiences and sleep health. By understanding the root cause of pain and/or dysfunction. I am able to apply holistic, evidence-based therapy that may include manual therapy, neural mobilization, dry needling, pain science education, and sport specific conditioning. Ultimately, my goal is to restore meaningful function through rehabilitation and injury prevention to empower my clients to live active lifestyles.
