“Karen has been such an important part of my journey, and I truly can’t thank her enough. She helped me before pregnancy with my tight pelvic floor and ongoing back pain, supported me throughout my pregnancy, and continued to guide me during my postpartum recovery. “It has been a wonderful experience working with Joey while recovering from severe pain in my right ribs after a bad fall. The dry needling treatment combined with the massages has truly worked wonders for me. I have also been dealing with a lot of stress in my shoulders and knees, and Joey has been incredibly helpful in guiding and educating me through different exercises to strengthen my muscles, joints, and bones. “Came here first for pelvic floor physio with Karen and then returned for an aching hip pain with Jordan & Joey. This clinic is fabulous! Everyone here is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, they actually listen to your concerns, and they have a genuine desire to help. Starting with Karen/pelvic floor physio, I felt extremely informed about the birthing process and I liked that she taught how to push and which birthing positions would be effective depending on the scenario. Since I ended up having a planned c-section instead, Karen helped me understand my new body and trained me back to recovery and now I’m lucky to say that there’s no overhang or pain at my scar at almost 2 years postpartum. Thank you Karen!!! Jordan & Joey have been helping me now with my hip pain completely unrelated to pregnancy, but the techniques and exercises we’ve been doing have made my body stronger and I am confident in the progress we continue to make.
