With an extensive background as a competitive dancer and years of movement coaching experience, she brings a deep understanding of the body in motion to her practice. Jewels is passionate about helping clients move with confidence, recover safely, and build strength in ways that align with their goals. Her approach is supportive, individualized, and rooted in evidence-based movement principles. Jewels believes that rehab should feel empowering and not intimidating; and is passionate about helping every client feel heard, capable, and encouraged throughout their journey.
